I was itching for a good WOD after missing yesterday.
For Time:
50-40-30-20-10
Double Unders
Box Jumps - 24”
Sit Ups
Time - 13.56
Great WOD, all I needed to do was to string a decent number of DUs to get a good time on this one. I felt good throughout but I need to get back on practising the DUs. The Box jumps felt good and the Situps were OK, but I need a bit more workl on them too.
Good time, but could have done better with some DU skills.
