As I had only hit 95 Burpees in the open WOD 12.1 I decided to redo it
7 Min AMRAP - Burpees
I go off to a really fast start doing 23 in the first min. after 30 I had to go from jumping up and down to stepping up and down. I thought that this would slow me down but it didn’t. After 3 mins I settled into a routine and somehow managed to get to the end without dying. I only missed the bar a couple of times so I maybe only might have got one more.
Pleased that I redid the WOD and I am pleased with my score. Can’t wait for 12.2
